I’ve been using these for a while, especially during travel or when I feel a cold coming on. The flavor (I had the Zesty Orange) is surprisingly good for a supplement, fizzy, not chalky, and easy to drink. I just drop one in cold water, let it dissolve, and sip it over a few minutes. What I like most is that it doesn’t upset my stomach like some other high-dose vitamin C supplements. I also noticed that when I take it at the first sign of feeling run down, it seems to help shorten or ease cold symptoms. I don’t expect it to be a miracle cure, but it gives me peace of mind and a solid daily immune support boost. It’s also super convenient. The tube fits easily in a bag, and the tablets are way more portable than liquid or powder packets. Great to have around, especially in cold/flu season or while traveling.

Always liked using Airborne when I start feeling like I’m coming down with something. Not too keen that the raspberry flavor is artificial flavor. Probably costs 2 cents more to use natural flavors.

Love the taste of these, i'd drink them even when i'm not sick. Wonderful flavor and i dont know if placebo effect or not, but finishing off a tube while suffering from flu always makes me feel like i recover faster.

Tart berry flavor but I used 9 tablets while on vacation. They helped me stay healthy til I flew home. Got sick during time at airport.
