Seller contacted me to see if it was received and satisfactory because they had had some shipping issues. I was impressed by that. The bracelet is stainless steel and sturdy and comes with extra links if you measured incorrectly. It also has a warranty if the black engraving fades over time. The engraving is very clear and easy to read. I've been wearing it for a couple of weeks and have had no allergic reaction and my skin tends to be very sensitive. Only time will tell regarding the paints but I think I shouldn't have a problem for a while. By then, I'll probably need to add something else anyway! I'm happy with this and feel a little safer knowing that emergency services will be able to spot my problem right away.Product update: I'm happy to report that the ink has not faded at all after 6 months or so and that it looks like the day it arrived. I wear it 24/7 in the shower, nights, dishwashing, dog washing, etc. I have a few minor scratches on it but that is normal wear and tear and both the outside and inside ink/paint is still intact. So far it's all good and feel it's a good value and product.

These are all qualities I like in a company.I had a question about the size I ordered and got a quick and friendly response.I'm very pleased since "Medic Alert" would not make me a new bracelet with a change in information without their year long membership to the tune of $60. Lame since when I did have a medical emergency it didn't matter. No one called Medic Alert. Besides everyone has their emergency contact info on their phone or in their wallet. I have "ICE on phone" printed with my info on my new bracelet. And this company provides little cards you can put in your wallet with your ICE info on it.Product seems sturdy with a good size lobster claw clasp. I like these links. Nicer than the kids ID bracelet I had in elementary school, but not overly fussy for everyday, either.I would recommend this bracelet!

I had a sudden medical issue arise that required me to wear medical alert jewelry right away. I placed an order for a My Identity bracelet and received it within just a few days. It fits perfectly, the engraving is clear and correct, it appears sturdy and well made, and is attractive but noticeable enough to serve its purpose. If the need arises I won't hesitate to order another.

The bracelet is a very nice quality with good clear engraving on back. I measured my husband’s wrist before ordering and it’s a perfect fit. It’s very beautiful and has a bigger link to the chain than a lot of medical bracelets. It’s kind of “chunkier”, you know? I love the bracelet and it suits my husband well as he’s tall - a big guy.It arrived in just a few days! Six days sooner than the estimated delivery timeline. I ordered a different one from another vendor and it took much longer because it was engraved in China. I hope this vendor will offer even more of variety of fun styles in the future.

The bracelet arrived quickly, and the engraving was clear with no mistakes. It seems to be very sturdy, yet is attractive. However, I have an extremely difficult time fastening it by myself. The links are almost too big for the clasp and require two hands to successfully fasten the bracelet.
