Shame the replacement beads werent in both the shower head packaging
Great product, but the replacement beads as advertised are not included in the packaging, contacted the seller to no response from them. The shower head however is brilliant. More annoyed the seller cant be bothered to reply to my enquiry re the replacement balls

Leaky, no instructions, ended up disposing.
No instructions were included in the box. I attached the shower head to the tap, noting washer positions, and the shower head worked once, then continued to leak from both handle and tap ends, the next day.A week after ordering this, I disposed of it, as no matter what I tried, after researching online DIY, it did not work as intended. I don't recommend this product. I wasn't aware at the time, that I could return the item.Feedback: Please leave clear instructions in the box, so there are no mistakes in installation.L
