Excellent performance! It removes odors quickly and improves air quality. Stylish design, low noise, and energy efficient. I ordered two units and I am very satisfied.

The air purifier is well built, does a great job and has been working great for us even when used in large rooms.

Few weeks ago I purchased an air purifier for my room and I actually noticed improvements in air quality and the decrease in dust and This is why when I saw this “little” purifier I decided to buy it to install it in the living + dining area. Unlike some others at this price range, this one does not have any “smart” functionality so there is no way to control it through the usual voice assistants or through the app, let's say that it provides some 'smart' manual features. Its main features include: - Ability to treat air for rooms up to 104 square meters in turbo mode - Removal of cigarette smoke, allergens, pollen, etc. - HEPA filter H13 grade filter (one of the best) - Super quiet mode - Physical dial to change the direction of air ejection Once I received it, I installed the HEPA filter (just remove the protective film), plugged it into the power outlet and turned it on. There are 2 modes of operation: Normal and Focus. Each mode corresponds to a particular mode and noise, where the focus is the loudest (even if it must be said that it is not annoying). Just as with the other model installed in my house, the air quality has improved dramatically. Although it is an excellent device, the lack of any remote control system makes it particularly uncomfortable to use (I'm probably used to home automation products), I would have definitely welcome at least one remote control so as not to force me to get up every time to change settings (auto works great for 90% of situations). PROS - Quiet - Compact - Very efficent with just a 50W power rating (lower than some smartphone chargers) - Is efficient in removing bad smell - You can adjust the sensor sensitivity to make it run more aggresively if it detects even a small change in pollution amount - Modern Design (looks really cool and will add to your home decor) - Easy to distinguish halo coloured ring for diff pollution levels - Best in class cleaning capabilities (beats out models twice the price from brands like dyson & philips etc) - Focus mode is great at cleaning areas further away from the purifier and can legit replace a fan at high speeds - Light sensor: if it detects no light for certain period of time then it automatically turns off it's lights and enters silent mode - Best in class 7 year warranty: No company is offering more than 1-3 year warranty other than Coway CONS - Lack of Remote Control System and App - No timer fuctionality - The light sensor can be an issue if you don't want the machine to enter silent mode when you're sleeping (can be fixed by switching to manual mode from auto) Leaving aside the “CONS” I still consider myself satisfied and I highly recommend it (as long as you are not dead set on having a smart purifier but in my opinion cleaning capabilty takes precedence over smart features) At the time of writing this review there's no filter available for it yet, I hope they start selling it on Amazon soon. I'll update my review if I run into any issue.

Noise level is very less even with full fan speed. Cleaning the purifier is easy and quality is good.

Very disappointing after-sales service. The product itself was decent initially, but the support experience completely ruined my confidence in the brand. I raised a service request regarding a performance issue and expected a technician visit for proper inspection. Instead, customer support simply advised me over the phone to “deep clean the pre-filter with a vacuum cleaner” and consider replacing the filters, then immediately closed the ticket without verifying whether the issue was actually resolved. What makes this worse is that the company had earlier stated that the filter life is expected to be around 1.5 years under normal usage. Despite that, they casually suggested the filters may already be “fully consumed” without any physical inspection. This feels like the company is trying to avoid sending service personnel and pushing maintenance responsibility entirely onto customers. A good product means nothing if the after-sales support is this dismissive. Think twice before buying if service quality matters to you.

The product is great, it's easy to install and very effective

I've been using the Coway Air Purifier for a few months now, and it's made a huge difference in my home’s air quality. I was initially drawn to Coway due to its excellent reputation and the positive reviews, and I have to say—it lives up to the hype! Pros: Efficient Purification - I can visibly see less dust collecting on surfaces, and my allergies have noticeably improved. Quiet Operation: it’s quieter than most other purifiers I’ve tried. At night, I switch it to sleep mode, which is practically silent, yet it still keeps the air fresh. Smart and Easy to Use: I love the air quality indicator, which changes color to show real-time air quality. Low Maintenance: There is an indicator light to remind me when it’s time to change them, which is super convenient. Energy Efficient: I leave it running most of the day, but it hasn’t noticeably increased my electricity bill, which is a bonus! Cons: Size: It’s a bit larger than I expected, so it may not be ideal for smaller rooms if space is a concern. However, it blends in well with home decor and is easy to move around. Overall If you're looking for a high-quality, reliable air purifier, I’d highly recommend the Coway. It’s worth the investment, especially if you’re sensitive to dust or allergens. My home feels fresher, and the air smells cleaner.

I was almost convinced to buy a dyson air purifier BP02 model (after breaking bank or selling kidney 😂). Somhow miracle happened and I saw few YouTube reviews on different air purifiers. Earlier I have never heard coway brand, so I spent some time to go through coway reviews. Finally decided to buy this killer machine. This model (AP-1220B) comes with no wifi, no remote, no fancy features. With manual control, it does just one job air purification with perfection and efficiency. Product also looks good. Comparing with dyson, it doesn't look as fancy/modern as dyson but rather look elegant and classy. I will definitely buy one more (a newly launched model 'storm 2' in Malasia), once available for sale in India. I wanted to give 2 or 3 stars because of seller. It seems like he has sent a used or demo product. Product doesn't look clean from sides and was not sealed or packed. Good thing is, both the internal filters (hepa13 and activated carbon) were new and sealed so I haven' t returned. Also I received it on the day of Deepawali when people like me who has allergy needs it most so another reason of not returning this product. Ohh yes, I was talking about to give 2 or 3 stars because of the experience with seller than I thought about this product which I used continuously 5-6 hours and decided to donate all my 5 stars to this amazing machine.
