Do they deliver the bike before or after I finish payments?

As soon as the first installment is paid for they ship the bike

Can it be registered in Illinois?

I have registered it in FL with out any issues it come with all the paperwork and I just had to get insurance wich is like $300 for a year. Shouldn’t be a problem registering in ILL!

Will it register in Texas?

I'm not a hundred percent, but I'd say so. It has all the requirements to be street legal. I live in Florida and I have mine registered tagged and insured. Good luck
