Is the Mullein tea meant to be so fine and dusty? I just got mine and it's extremely finely ground

mine was delivered being mostly hard bark and twigs so I complained and got a refund.. so it seems from what you tell us they' are grounding the bark and twigs up now..! therefore what you have bought is not leaf' at all..
