No problems here! Arrived on time, and the bottle was intact and hefty! Product smelled great and was super thick! Some companies say mask, but they are a cream or gel. This was actually a mask that sat where placed and didn’t tangle my hair. You can tell the ingredients were good as they didn’t just rinse away, but needed to be worked through. My hair looked healthy and felt very soft and manageable after!

I'm in love with this product. My hair used to look dry, frizzy and lifeless. Now it's shiny, soft, smells amazing the quality is really good and I don't have any frizz. I 100% recommend this hair mask.

I tried this product and wasn't expecting such fast results, or highly noticeable results. My hair texture changed after experiencing some hair loss in 2020, and it has since grown back. Finding a deep conditioner has been challenging, to say the least. This conditioner has been a Godsend!! I just bought a second container of it because the results of using it have been bringing my hair back to life again. May hair has volume, curl, shine, and I can even see length coming back to my hair after it seeming stagnant for some time. It may just be me, but even my nails seem stronger...but that could just be in my mind. I highly recommend this product, either way. I do also recommend leaving it on for an hour or so. I put the conditioner on and also put a shower cap on my head. I leave it on for a few hours and rinse it off with warm water.
