What is it made out of, ingredients?

The container doesn't list any ingredients. All it says is that it is water soluble.

It states in the insert that it should not be used by anybody "with a skin allergy to parabens. Is that one of the ingredients?

it is water soluble, but I use this product for a different reason than what its prescribed to use it for. I use it as a hair gel because number one its so much cheaper than other branded hair gel's and it's looks better. The container doesn't list any ingredients so my guess is that it is water based.
