AWESOME just AWESOME
I use this to stretch out before I go boxing, it is a great pre warm up, when I get to the gym I am already to go, best thing is using it after I am done boxing, takes all the tightness out of my body before and after boxing, I feel so much stronger since I started using it, I highly recommend this to beginners and for old fighters like myself, you will not be disappointed

Just What I Needed
I've been wanting to tone up but didn't want to buy a bunch of bulky weights to have laying around for me to trip over. Then I saw this set of resistance bands. The product and program are great.
