The purple lights are very pretty. We submerged them in flower vases without any problems. They have also held up to 1 trip to burning man. The batteries look easy to replace but I haven't had to do that yet.

Used these for my son's Halloween costume and love them! Great color, very bright, good battery life, and sturdy enough to survive a night of trick-or-treating. I will be buying more in other colors for decorating!
