NIUBEE 8.5x11 Clear Acrylic Wall Mount Floating Picture Frame

This clear frame has a good quality and it is very easy to assemble. We gave it a different use than a photo frame and used it to display the logo of our company directly on the wall. It looks elegant and clean. The product comes as described and each acrylic sheet has a protection film so it cannot be scratched when assembling.

I have framed 3 paintings and they look really good. The paintings were done on canvas board which is about 4 millimeters thick. My concern was whether that would be too thick to work. Fortunately the treaded parts are long enough to fasten securely. I think 5 or 6 mm is possible, but a regular canvas stretched over a wood frame would never fit. The 3 frames were packed well so there was no damage and the plexiglass was clean. A cleaning cloth and pair of gloves is included which helps keep them clean while hanging. It takes careful measuring and drilling as there is no way to adjust the frame once the holes are drilled. Any frame of this type is going to have this issue so it's not a criticism of the product but it is important to be careful. Also, the provided double sided tape strips should hold a poster just fine but not the much heavier canvas board. I used generous strips of double sided foam mounting tape and they are staying put. Actually, one slipped so I doubled up on the tape and it is staying this time.

Some of the reasons why I believe this is the best product on the market: - it starts with proper packaging to assure the item arrives as intended and isn't damaged in transit - the overall quality and attention to detail really stand out (everything is packaged separately) - great instructions in color with detailed steps for those that may require it - included accessories (lab grade gloves and a cleaning cloth) are a nice touch My only gripe is that I had quite a bit of a hard time peeling off the protective coating from the panels. The frame was sitting inside my house at room temperature (72F) with 35% RH. It was almost impossible to get it off. I even tired using a hair drier at a low setting to warm up the coating but that didn't help. It was a tedious process but worth the effort. I am going to purchase more of these frames in the near future as the product is well worth it.

Came in great condition, packaged well (I selected Amazon “hide what’s inside”), and is the right size for my needs — framing an autographed vinyl album insert. The instructions were clear and the protective covering on both sides of each acrylic panel was easy to remove.

These were more expensive than I expected, but still ended up being cheaper than making my own. I purchased 2 of the 20x24 frames. Packaging kept the contents very safe and sound, which included everything needed to hang your art including drywall anchors and screws, a hex key, bubble level, two sided tape, and white gloves to feel like a professional (and keep oils off the art and frames). The frames look great and quality is perfect. No blemishes on the hardware or panels. The corners all line up well. There is moderate glare from sunlight but that's expected without any special coatings. Be aware of the lighting where you intend to hang your art. Two minor complaints. It was difficult to hold such a large piece of acrylic up to mark holes for drilling. I don't remember a paper template in the kit but I may have missed it. This is only an issue for installing large frames alone, but it was still manageable. The second issue was trying to remove the protective paper adhered to the acrylic sheets. It tore frequently and required a lot of force to pull off. While removing the second side I had to be very cautious not to scratch the exposed side. I spent around 2.5 hours installing both of my frames alone and at least 40 minutes of it was spent removing the protective coating. All in all, a solid value and I am happy with the product. Just remember you really need to know where you want these art pieces before you hang them because it's a lot of work to move them. A quick guide to hanging art (height, spacing, other elements, etc) would be a nice touch in case you're wanting ideas.

This is exactly what I've been seeking. I have several original cartoon cells that are multiple layers of acetate with a Hand drawn background. I wanted to have each layer of acetate septate by plexiglass to enhance the feeling of depth. Thus just PERFECT! I was able to layer 4 total sheets of the plexiglass together with the drawing in between each. The original standoffs hold it great. The only imperfection is that the sheets don't line up 100%. So when you install the standoffs, the sheets are off center by a few millimeters. Not a huge deal, but definitely noticeable. It's not enough of a concern for me to knock off any stars.

I’ve bought sets of these three times now, and about to order a fourth time. I love these, and they’re easy (in my estimation fool proof) to get right with the installation. At the 8x8 size I’ve been able to install these by myself. I think the commenter who had a hard time removing the backing either had a set that didn’t have the blue tab to help pull it off (which hasn’t happened to me x 7 frames so far) or didn’t go slowly enough to not rip it.

The quality of this picture frame is exceptional! The packaging itself was above and beyond what would be deemed necessary. Inside the Amazon box was a flat white box nicely wedged in by a pillow pack. Inside the white box were two large bubble-wrapped brown squares and a separate small hardware packet. Unwrapping the bubble wrap, I discovered a pair of white gloves that were provided (to avoid getting fingerprints on the acrylic panels). The panels themselves had brown paper on both sides (to protect from any possibility of scratches), and this peeled off very easily.Did I mention there was an instruction booklet? It was professionally done and gave very clear and articulate directions. They even included 4 pieces of double-sided tape to ensure your picture won’t slide from its intended position. All I could think was, WOW! All this precision for one picture frame! This company is AMAZING. Now I’m embarrassed to confess that I didn’t buy this square acrylic frame to hang a picture at all. You see, it was the perfect size to make a lid for my Nano Aquarium.

I am extremely pleased with this. It is very high quality with an excellent attention to detail. All of the parts are highly specced. The only slight issue is that the instructions are slightly pidgin and I don’t know what the plastic washers are for! The piece comes with a replacement guarantee if anything is broken or scratched. I will be buying more of these

It’s a good acrylic frame to hold share certificate. But unlike other models, it’s made strictly to be mounted on a wall. Does not have the long back legs that allows you to put on a table. Just beware if that is what you are looking me (which was my case). Would be good for the item seller to indicate clearly as well.
