We like the bike. It is sturdy and perfect for my elderly mother. However, numerous parts were missing, bolts, setting screws (for chain). This was super frustrating because it resulted in several trips to the hardware store. This was mentioned in several reviews. I, of course, thought since it was mentioned in previous reviews that the seller would have addressed this deficiency in the order. Unfortunately, it does not look like this was true. Ultimately my family was able to get the bike put together. But, there needs to be better quality control in packing the box so that all parts are available for person putting it together. It also must doubled the cost of the bike to pay someone to put it together. So, that is not an acceptable solution. Please, to the seller, please provide better quality control so that all of the parts are included, and not damaged to ensure this bike is the quality you desire for it.

1. THE TRICYCLE itself is good. It wasn’t too hard to put together. The instructions were translated well enough. It rides fine so far.2. THE COLOR. I ordered the Medium Orange based on the photo of a lovely pastel orange tricycle. I received a bold fluorescent orange tricycle with cobalt blue accents. It would make any Gators fan proud. I contacted the seller to see if there was a mistake and I was told there was not. I suggested they update the photo to be more accurate which at this point has still not been done. I hated the color so I repainted it before assembling.—If this happens to anyone else, Montana Gold spray paint in Shrimp and Shrimp Dark are the colors I used.

It is hard to find an adult Trike and particularly one with multiple gears these days. I was thankful to find this bike at a fairly reasonable price.The Good:1. It's available! Almost impossible to find an adult trike with multiple gears locally. 3 month wait.2. Seat seems really soft and the back support is a nice addition.3. While time consuming, not terribly difficult to assemble except for a couple of Items I had to have cared for at a local bike shop. More below.4. The color choices were nice ant the paint and finish were very good quality.5. Once fully assembled and adjusted it serves pretty well.The Challenges:1. After 5 hours, I reached the end of my skill and had to have the chain connected, the gearing assembly connected and adjusted, and the brakes adjusted at a bike shop for about $50.2. The bike came with tools which should be listed above as good, but one of the tools, the chain linking tool, is the wrong size and bent the chain beyond my ability to repair and thus had to be repaired by the bike shop.3. The front wheel is not perfectly straight, thus the front brakes were almost impossible to adjust to function properly. I really need to replace the wheel with one that is not slightly warped. It rolls fine, and would not be a problem except that the rim is just crooked enough that the brakes malfunction.4. The seat post adjustment is not a quick release but as a compromise it is a lever system. It works, but not terribly well.5. The bike is fairly low quality. It's on par with a bike you would buy at a big box store for a good bit less money, but in this market, I am happy with this bike.

Several missing parts including all the pieces to put basket together. VERY hard to put together, instructions vague, gears not working properly, now we have to take it to a bike shop to have them fix it. My husband put together and built bikes for years and can't figure this one out. Do not buy unless you are an expert.

Pros: seatback is comfortable along with seat. Seat pisition with handlebars is comfortable. Front brake works great.Cons: the seat position in relation to the pedals could be better but it’ll do. The instruction sheet is for a different model and doesn’t line up in some steps on how to assemble the bike. Instruction sheet also is not good at visually showing you which way something is supposed to be (rear axle for example when assembly derailer and frame). The chain will pop off but it’s easy to get it back on. The rear brake drum is not easy to adjust and will most likely grind when you’re riding it.For the money, I’d say I was expecting a little more but compared to the Schwinn, I couldn’t pass it up

My chain does not fit on my bike

It didn't have the seat that was shown in picture. I was looking for the back to be on it.

My Husband and I are both Seniors and we each have a Moon Cool trike. They are easy to ride and we don't have to worry so much about balance issues as you would with a regular bike. They are fairly easy to put together until it comes to adjusting the cables for the shifting and the brakes. We took both trikes to a bike shop and let them do the adjusting. The seats could be more comfortable, for others they may be fine.We enjoy riding them every evening. We just ordered our 3rd trike for a neighbor. It's really nice and a very pretty color purple. On the previous two trikes order they came with the "Mooncool" logos all over them which made them look really sharp. Where are the logos on this one? It's really plain. I think Amazon should somehow get them for us if they aren't painted on. We do not want to send the trike back, it's too expensive and our neighbor had waited a while for it to arrive and be assembled.
