I returned a different tablet (difficult to use) and replaced it with this one, with plans to use it for e-books but it's so great that we're using it in place of our laptops. Only had it a week but zero complaints!

I really wanted this to be as good as it appears in the Amazon Listing.First, The device internally reads that it is actually a ZONKO K118, Not WiWiBous except for printing on back cover and first screenSecond. Yes. it is OctoCore, But the first four (4) Cores operate at 1.2 GHz, the last four operate at the published 1.6GHzThird: WiFi is 2.4 GHz Only and not using the faster 5.0 GHz channelFourth: The speakers have limited volume if you are not in a quiet roomFifth: Android seems to have problems displaying various site pages. i.e. Amazon site showing past purchases will not load on the Zonko. But loads on my old Samsung S9.Sixth: The home screen drops icons randomly. i.e. Facebook icon is gone today, but still on driveLast: The tablet seems to not be able to address all of the memory. I tried to go to "Settings", all it would allow is memory tab being addressed. I still had over 2 GB of free memory. It did not allow "settings" access until I deleted many applications.This was delivered 5 days ago. I have had an oportunity to use this for the functions that were previously done on a Samsung A7 and a Samsung S3. I was hoping for faster and not missing functionality that would seem to be standard. I guess that my expectations were that a cheap tablet would actually be better than it really is.To do this unit again? No6th Day: Amazon approved my return of this item . It may have been defective or it may have been poorly designed. Either way, Amazon owns it now.

It never connected well with the internet and that's what I wanted I wanted to stream movies with it and now it is not available I don't know how to contact the seller for a refund

The media could not be loaded.  So far there is nothing I have found to dislike about this tablet.

Very slow battery does not last very long. I ordered a meberry as I had one before and it was great, I won't order from them again

We provide lifelong technical and after-sales service, this is the statement in the advertisement to sell this item. Unfortunately this is not honored the items ( I bought 2) do not work the SD Card is non existent and I do not suggest buying this product it is horrible. The life long technical after-sales service is non existent ..buyer beware!!!! You will not receive any assistance and will lose your money like me.

I bought this tablet to replace an older smaller tablet. Description said works with Verizon SIM card. It does not work with Verizon. I contacted company and they sent me video on installing SIM card but still didn’t work at least in my area of the country. I will be sending it back unfortunately as I wanted it for traveling.
