Good product, my wife like it too much.

I purchased this 1.5L + 0.5L food processor for AED 249 mainly for slicing and shredding vegetables. Unfortunately, it does not perform these functions properly. The main problem is that vegetables do not pass through the blades. Instead, they remain as large chunks and accumulate in the top section of the processing chamber. The vegetables are not being pulled into the blades, so no proper slicing or shredding takes place. I tried cabbage, carrot, beetroot, cucumber, beans, and onions using all the blades supplied with the machine. The results were disappointing: • Cabbage could not be shredded for thoran or salad. • Carrots could not be shredded or cut into julienne strips. • Beetroot remained in large pieces. • Cucumbers could not be sliced thinly. • Onions could not be sliced for biryani or frying. • Vegetables stayed as large chunks on top instead of passing through the blades. The product images suggest it can produce fine shreds and slices, but I was unable to achieve anything close to the advertised results. It may work as a basic chopper, but it is not suitable for vegetable slicing, shredding, julienne cuts, or preparing onions for biryani. Considering the price of AED 249, I expected much better performance. This product did not meet my expectations and I would not recommend it to anyone buying it specifically for slicing or shredding vegetables.

The batch in july 2026 is defective The gear box for the food processor is defecrive it rotates in the wrong position so the blade isn't cutting the vegetables Ordered a replacement came with the same issue Not recommended at all Take care
