Evo Dyne Styptic Powder 2 oz for Dogs, Cats & Birds

Bought this to have on hand for our animals and when one of my pups tore their toenail, this came in quite handy, as they tend to bleed alot. This took care of the issue. A little messy trying to apply it, but to be expected since a powdery product. Just nice to have in case you ever need it in a hurry.

I’m so thankful i had this on hand. I try to be prepared for some common scenarios/accidents with the dogs, so I purchased some of this just to have in my arsenal. One night I was clipping one of my dogs’ nails and accidentally hit her quick. It was immediately a bloody mess. I quickly pinched some of this powder in the palm of my hand and pressed her nail into the powder and the bleeding STOPPED. I was genuinely so shocked considering how much it was bleeding. I couldn’t be more thankful for this product for saving me (and her) in this situation. It will leave a bit of a metallic smell behind, but honestly it’s a small trade off for the effectiveness of the product.

As many of us know, grooming your animals can be a bit of a chore. I have two big dogs in which one will kind of sit to get his nails done and the other who absolutely hates it. Being that he dislikes it so much makes if difficult to get the trimming done. And sometimes accidents happen. Never intentional, but sometimes they just jerk their paw right when you go to clip. In the event that you accidentally cut into their quick, the bleeding just never seems to stop. It can be scary and painful. This styptic powder has been great to have on hand. It works quickly and effectively. All you have to do is simply slide the affected area in and the bleeding comes to a halt. It gives you a piece of mind when relieving their pain as well. No one wants to hurt their pet, but accidents do happen. I would rather be prepared and have this instead of my dog experiencing prolonged suffering. This is a great product to have if you groom your own dogs.

This styptic powder has been a lifesaver during nail trims. One of my dogs has darker nails, so it’s always harder to see the quick, and every once in a while there’s an accidental nick. This powder stops the bleeding almost immediately. I just dip the nail gently into the powder or apply it with a cotton swab, and within seconds it clots and my dog stops fussing. I love that it comes in a 2 oz container — plenty to last a long time, even with multiple pets. It gives me a lot more confidence doing nail trims at home instead of stressing about going to the groomer every time. Definitely something every pet owner should have on hand.

Very thankful I had this in hand when my dog got a very bad cut that ended up needing stitches. He is well and healed now. Every person who had a pet should have this on hand for emergencies!

This is one of those items that is better to have and not need it than to need it and not have it. Unfortunately, I was trimming my dogs nails and got the quick on one nail. This is so effective at stopping the bleeding. Glad I had it on hand!

I am so happy to have it just in case something happens that can stop bleeding in a very short time. Easy to use, safe, and painless.
