Simply amazing. Honestly other collagens I bought in the past usually powder didn’t help me much, but with this one is something else. My nails got extremely long. Is easy to take it. Very effective. 100% recommended. Is usually never give products reviews because I’m too lazy, but this is really good. PD: this is a female from her husbands amazon account. I love this product! I take 4 capsules daily and I have seen results! My skin is normally broken out, however, since using this product my breakouts are almost non existent. I can now use retinal products (I couldn't before because they caused breakouts) and so now I' able to treat my fine lines. Amazing product-I have been using this for 3 months now and getting ready to order more.

**9/16 UPDATE**This is an update to my previous review. I'm changing my rating to 4 stars because I have just taken notice of a shocking difference in my hair. My hair strands have actually gotten thicker and darker! I did a strand test a few weeks ago and my strands were very thin you could barely see it but now my hair strands are very noticeable! I have been taking bamboo supplements for a while and have not noticed much of a difference so the only thing I can attribute this progress to are these supplements. So I now have a good reason now to continue with these, joint relief and hair improvement! I won't say hair growth because my hair has not grown significantly but the appearance has definitely improved and my hair strands have improved.Original ReviewI bought these for a few reasons:1. Joint relief2. Hair growth3. SkinI have been taking these consistently for a lil over a month now and I have found that overall they are good supplements to take. I have not experienced any negative side effects but I also haven't experienced outstanding results. I believe it's been helping with my joint issues as I don't feel as much pain and pressure on my knees when I run like I used to and I have also noticed my nails have grown out a lot but that's something I don't really care about. I didn't have skin issues to begin with but I wanted to see if it would improve more somehow and I do not see a difference. As for my hair it may take a little longer to see some results so I'll continue taking if for none of the other benefits I will at least keep taking for joint relief as that alone is worth it to me. So overall this is an okay vitamin, if anything changes I'll update to four or five stars.

its ok but for the 3rd day of using it i stop it because my skin felt dull..

I didn't see any improvement or change after using this product...I don't recommend​ it and I don't understand why it has a high rating ?

This is an excellent product. I will recommend it to anyone. I didn't know how important is collagen was. I will continue to use this without hesitation. My skin has changed dramatically over the past 2 weeks. I was having problems with clogged pores but with drinking water and consuming the product it worked wonders.

I wasn't sure about this but ordered it after reading positive reviews from other customers. I can truly say that after taking these tablets for a month that I see a difference. I take 1 or 2 tablets daily and recently re-ordered more. I have recommended to friends.
