Paying return shipment postage on a DEFECTIVE product
Product arrived with defective zipper. Would not open properly. I ordered a replacement but then noticed that the return postage required ME to pay and only get reimbursed $3.66 ??? On what world.

Absolutely fantastic
As a long time tech professional I always hated having to carry usb drives and cables. I tried many different ways. Ziplock bags, cigar boxes. small tupperware, and none of it worked for me. This pack with the removal hard case in the bottom is absolutely fantastic. It even fits my 17" Legion laptop without straining. 10/10 Will buy again just to have a backup.
