is there instructions showing how to operate and install?

Yes, Instructions are included.

Is there bushings for pistol calibers?

I don't think this set is good for pistols. The bushing diameters are basically for rifle calibers and the tolerances are so tight to the neck a flared pistol case wouldn't fit even if it was the same diameter.
