Great little thermostat. I use it for the perfect temperature for teas or even coffee enemas. it is well made, not delicate but lightweight and sturdy.

What impresses me most is its pinpoint accuracy. The dial is large, clear, and easy to read, allowing me to monitor the milk temperature accurately, preventing it from burning or becoming too cold. The probe is made of stainless steel, ensuring rapid heat transfer and effortless cleaning.

This thermometer is small, so a little hard to read, but it serves its purpose. I can't vouch for temperature accuracy, but it seems close enough. Its construction seems a little flimsy and it's frustrating to me that I have to just wipe it off, as it can't be submerged in water. It's small enough to fit easily in a drawer and to use in my countertop convection oven by just opening the door to pop on the thermometer to check the temperature of whatever I'm cooking, without having to take it out.

Works perfectly. Have been using it daily to measure the milk temp for my lattes. Works exactly as it should and is accurate. Definitely would be again if I needed l e.

This is an awesome tool to check temperature of steamed milk. It’s a little large for the pitcher I use, but it works great.

Found this to be a great help in getting consistent results in steaming the milk for espresso by reaching the proper temperature. The dial is easy to read and target temps are clearly marked.
