Rael Large Herbal Heating Patches, Feminine Period Care for Cramps (8 Ct)

I literally love these patches so much! I needed something that didn’t require me to lay down and hold something, and these worked perfect! I did layer a pair of shorts over the patch just to help keep it secure while I moved around during the day and that worked great. The warmth was perfect, there’s no smell, super easy to use just stick and go! I honestly wanted to use one daily just for the coziness of it

These definitely do work, you might need to wiggle them a little like a “hot hands” pack, because at first when I took it out it was cold but wiggling them activated it. They definitely do last for the full 8 hours. They’re also pretty sticky I switched 1 from front to lower back & it still sticks pretty well. They could be warmer in my opinion.

These are great, however do note that the size is that of a panty liner/regular pad. I bought these on a whim as my periods generally are debilitating and I needed time away from my wired heating pads to complete errands this weekend. While they don’t get as hot as a wired heating pad, they do work and well! I am a plus size girlie so I probably use more of the them just to naturally being bigger but let me tell you, I was able to walk with minimal pain when I had one on each facet joint/hip and then one on my lower abdomen. Highly recommend these if you want are wanting to be active during your period without the constraints of being tied to your wired heating pad. The rose, lemon, and jasmine oil aren’t fragrant either so you don’t have to worry about the smell conflicting with any perfumes, etc. I also was an individual who put directly on my skin without issue; granted I like my wired heating pads like my showers — scalding so for me, the Rael heating patches were just warm but helped soothed the cramping and lower back pain.

I love this product. With having cramps as strong as labor contractions each month, I try everything I can for relief. After seeing these heating pads on instagram, I decided to invest. They are amazing. Obviously they don’t eliminate the pain, but they provide relief, adhere well to cotton underwear, and stay warm even beyond eight hours. I like them better than my electronic heating pad and my wearable battery powered heating pack because they only warm my problem area and not my whole body so I don’t get hot when I use them, I can wear them under my clothes to run errands or do whatever I need to do and no one knows, and they don’t have to be charged or plugged in. Downside is obviously that they aren’t reusable, but everything else about the heating pad is wonderful.

I’ve been using these for a few years now since I discovered them. Off and on they’ve been sold at certain target stores, but now I’m only able to get them online. They get hot and last for much longer than advertised, like for 6-8 hours. They are NOT meant for skin. Here’s how I use them: You can put them on your undies or place them over a tank of cami. A tighter shirt as opposed to a looser one will help you feel the heat, if your shirt is too heat it’s not as close to your skin. I use one for my lower back and one for my stomach. I’ve always got bad cramps and pain so this has helped me tremendously. When it’s really bad I may press it more so against my stomach or adjust the way I’m laying on my back so it automatically presses more so against me. Starts to work in like 15 minutes, and I always shake them a little in my hands to “activate” them like I would for a hand warmer.

I was expecting these to be great...unfortunately they fell short in many areas. 1. In warmer temps they don’t stick. Sweat just a tiny bit and you’ll have embarrassing moments when they fall out of the bottom of your pants leg. 2. They do heat up, but unless you press it against you, you’re not going to get all of the warmth. Your best bet is to put them stuck on the inside of your underwear against what they recommend. They won’t fall out if you’re wearing a proper fitted pair of underwear, and you’ll get to feel more of the heat. 3. They are way too small in surface area 4. They are way too expensive or too few in a pack for the price. I will try another brand next.

Purchased for a trip. Not sure why they are even called heating patches, since they clearly do nothing. I have tried 3 now over the course of several months because of my shear disbelief the first time. tThey don’t even get luke warm! Yes, they are easy to apply, thin and stay in place, but there is absolutely no heat / warmth coming from them not from one of the three I have used. Three different ones is not a fluke. Even had spouse touch them, confirming my findings. How in the world are they suppose the aid in pain relief?? Yes, they were applied exactly as the instructions state.

Works well, easy to use, soft, effective on cramp pain relief. No scent.

These heat patches are absolute life savers. My daughter uses them for menstrual cramps and loves them. They stay warm for 8+ hours and really help ease discomfort without any mess or fuss. They're easy to apply, stay in place, and provide just the right amount of heat. We’ve never been disappointed by anything from Rael—even their face masks are amazing. If you struggle with PMS pain, these are a must-have!

This heating pad is amazing, it heats up well and keeps you warm, comfortable and pain free during your period, although if you exercise the adhesive gets not sticky and starts to fall off, then you will have to replace it, but overall I love this product. I wish it was a little more affordable though.
