Took my first one today - I hope they work! Will edit this review in a month or so. Edit: Week 3: These are magic. I won't say I have tried everything to lose weight because, to be honest, I'm very bad at it. Diets, working out, and controlling my appetite/portions has never been easy. These pills (paired with raspberry ketones, which never really helped much on their own) suppress my appetite and keep me feeling full longer. I rarely have cravings, and I actually stop myself halfway through a meal to say, "Hmm.. you know what, I'm not hungry anymore, so I'm going to put this away." I have always had eating problems, and these help so much. I'm unsure how they would work without the pairing of the raspberry ketones, but I do notice a big difference from when I would take the ketones alone. I just bought my second bottle of these. After trying incredibly hard through a very stressful few months to control my eating and lose weight, after 3 weeks of taking these, I've dropped 7lbs. Granted, this past week was Easter weekend, which means lots of candy has been in my house! I can eat what I want without the anxiety of overeating the rest of the day. Another user said that it helps control the anxiety of what you're going to be eating all the time, and wanting to be eating all the time, which I've struggled with as well. I really hope these symptoms keep up! I wanted to add that these do have slight side effects for me that don't quite bother me personally. I don't eat breakfast, and taking them on an empty stomach does seem to upset it slightly for about 20-30 minutes. It's nothing I can't handle. I also believe these must be what are keeping me a bit happier day to day, aka the serotonin boost it claims to give. Through all of the stress, it's definitely helpful! Try these, guys! And take two a day, not one. I'm telling everyone about these!

I've struggled with weight since puberty, and my metabolism has been wrecked with a lifetime of crazy dieting. Also, I tend to be an anxiety eater so this product seemed like a good supplement to try. I did some research online and gave it a try. I'm now in my third month and while I don't yet look like the model in the picture (and never will) I can absolutely say it's helped with my mindless munching but more importantly, it's actually helped with my mood. I have a very stressful job working with cancer patients and my innate tendency towards anxiety often gets the best of me. I've noticed that when I take the Forskolin, I'm less irritable and more focused. That in itself, without any sort of mental slowdown is worth the price. It definitely helps me to stay away from excessive snacking and munching, especially at night. I've managed to keep my weight steady even through the holidays which is a Christmas miracle for sure! If your overeating is a product of nervous energy, anxiety, or emotional volatility, then this product might be helpful for you. I can't say it's caused me to drop ten pounds on its own, but it definitely helps me stay on track and I REALLY notice when I forget to take it.

I purchased this product May 19, 2017. I have lost only 1 lb. since taking the capsules as prescribed (2x daily-1before breakfast, 1before lunch).I want to also mention that I walk about 3 miles a day after dinner minimum 6 days a week. I do feel full when I take the product and I feel like it helps with my digestion. I don't have anymore heartburn symptoms after I eat any type of food which is a plus. I will order another bottle and see if I lose anymore weight. I will give it one more month. UPDATE: this product didn’t work! Didn’t lose any more weight after taking the pills as prescribed for three months! ☹️

This review will post with my husband's name, but I'm the one taking forskolin. I'm really impressed. However, if you purchase forskolin, please keep in mind that we all have different metabolisms. For me, the results were quickly noticable. I wasn't as hungry, so I kept my food portions smaller. I lost water weight and had better, more regular bowel movements. I'm also taking other suppliments: biotin for hair and nail growth/strength, probiotics for gut health and digestion, and a mult-vitamin. I don't know if this combination helps make the forskolin work for me, but I thought you should know all I'm taking. I get on the treadmill for about 30 minutes each week, and I try to walk as much as the weather and my stamina will allow. (I've learned to be creative to walk more: I'll take the "long way" to the laundry room, kitchen, porch, etc.) Nothing I did got me below 180. It was so frustrating!!! This suppliment helped me break that weight loss wall, and I'm at 179 today. This isn't a miracle drug, but if you eat smaller meals and walk a bit, you might see some pleasantly surprising results. If you try it, I hope you will have quick results like I did. I'm 45 and am really happy to be using forskolin.

There's no denying that this somewhat works. There are so many factors in my life that I cannot tell if this supplement was even helping or not! I took two pills first thing when I woke up and it didn't really kill my appetite and there were multiple days where I broke through the pill and had a huge problem with being super hungry even after I took the pills. As for sleep- didn't help my sleep either much. One thing I will say that I think maybe the reason why this is so effective for some people is because they're generally drinking more water and getting better sleep. Possibly by just getting better sleep it helps you regulate your hunger hormones. Sadly I was so excited for this, but for me it didn't work :( I actually gained 6 pounds while on it lol

I have been taking this product for 4 days now. I have noticed that it is helping to control my hunger and curb my cravings for snacking. I don't feel the need to grab a handful of pretzels or potato chips while watching tv after dinner. No stomach upset for me, in fact nothing negative to report, no aftertaste when taking the supplement either. Easy to swallow the capsules. I have split my dosage into 1 capsule in the AM and then around 3PM for the 2nd capsule. I really like this product. Expiration date on the bottom of the bottle is 9/2027. You get 60 capsules in the bottle making it a 30 day supply. Thank you!

I have Hypothyroidism and crave all day long sweets. My Thyroid hormones are out of balance, they try to adjust it, but it will take a while. I lost 60 pounds. Now, I'm back by 182 pounds. I'm 6' and had 233 pounds. I was down to 169 pounds after one year of adjusting Levothyroxine, Vitamins...etc. Now, my doctor advised me to try Forskolin. He said that this is a great way to depress the appetite for sweets. I got my order in yesterday and took one right away, and guess what... I did not have one piece of candy, ice-cream or other snacks. I had a salad with chicken breast for dinner and since then, I had nothing. Truthfully, I do not feel hungry. Another problem for me is that I have to wait 4 hours before I can take this supplement. In the morning I take my Thyroid medications and have to wait 4 hours until I can start with Forskolin, but I can say one thing. It works for me and this with only one capsule. I did not drop weight from one pill, but it does help with cravings and hunger. I am not hungry at all or crave sweets. I believe in 4 weeks I will be back down to 172 pounds. This would be my goal. I read through all the reviews & decided to purchase them. I'm so glad I did. I took 2 the first two days & developed a headache which I had read about. So I decided to only take one a day instead. That did the trick. No more headache & I've only needed to take one. I notice a bit of a warming sensation. The best I can describe is like a thermogenic warm feeling but it only last for about 20-30 minutes & then it's gone. It's not all the time that I feel that. Only sometimes. I take these right before my workout most days but even when I don't work out I notice the increase in energy throughout my day. I had been feeling super tired everyday. All I wanted to do was nap. These pills have been great! I take them with my coffee & after the caffeine is out of my system I don't feel like munching on everything. I've tried taking it with my preworkout but it a little too much so I'm sticking to coffee for now & I don't need my preworkout anymore. It really is a great product & it stacks well with coffee or tea. I also recently had my mom try them & she has also noticed the curb in appetite. I love it so much that I'm back for more & I'm including the Vitamins. I'll post a new review for the vitamins once I start taking them.
