I absolutely love this product! It is lightweight but sturdy! I think it is the right price for quality and value of this desk!! It is comfortable for me and my older child (12 years old). It is perfect for when my husband falls asleep because I can keep working beside him using the USB light provided. The only negative is that it took me a while to figure out that the USB light is shipped inside the cushion. There is a tag pointing to the location of the light but it was not very 'attention-getting'. I didn't notice the tag until a week after the product's arrival. A pic is attached to show what I mean. It is a fabric tag which blends into the feel of the cushion part of the desk. If I made the product, I would change the location tag color(s) to be brighter. Anyways, when it is all said and done, this is a comfortable desk and I would highly recommend it!

Love this lap desk. It is very well made! I love the side slideouts for the mouse & phone & the light is great! I love that you can bend the light and it's not overly bright - perfect for night time bed reading. The features are just what I wanted. If you are looking for a softer pillow type lap desk, this one is firmer, feels like foam. It's a little heavier than the pillow type, but that doesn't matter to me for my needs.

I bought a Mac keyboard and mouse for my IPad. I don’t like the little keyboards that attach to the IPad. Everything wouldn’t fit on my previous lap desk. This desk was perfect because I could put my IPad in the slot and have plenty of room for my keyboard and mouse. (See pic) My IPad Pro, 11 inch is in it’s case and it still fits in the slot. The mouse does slip around a little if the desk is slanted. I may look for a little mouse pad. My keyboard doesn’t slip. The feet provide grip. I like the smooth surface of the desk too. My wrists are very sensitive. I just got the desk but no cons so far.

I have bought a number of lap desks of varying designs. Each has been sturdy, but ultimately uncomfortable. This one almost immediately felt comfortable and, the more I used it, the more I like it. This is also the first one to have an attached light, which has ended up being something I didn't know I needed! It works great for my laptop and tablet, and even better for doing crossword puzzles, etc. It is still a bit heavy on my legs, but then again I've recently had knee replacement surgery, so I may be biased :-)

I have been using this lap desk for years now and it is great. I am typing on it right now. The pillow is sturdy and the height is perfect. It is still in really great shape. You will be happy with it, I promise. Would like more colors but that is the only thing I would change.
