I have a ricardo beverly hills cruz suitcase that i need to replace the wheels. can you let me know if these will work ?for me.thanks

I bought these for a TravelPro suitcase and ir worked perfectly. The wheel itself was a little bigger which made it easier to maneuver. If you are replacing wheels I recommend changing all wheels at the same time for better performance.

Will these work on Tprc carry on luggage?

It's hard to answer, but it worked for my Samsonite spinner. I suggest doing a measurement test with your existing wheelset to confirm.

Is the shipping time accurate? For me it say regular shipping is end of April to end of May, or 10 days "expedited" for $24

Yes, under normal circumstances, the delivery time of EUB is 12 days to 25 days, 90% of the parcels can be signed; the express delivery takes almost 10 days; there is also a Prime order: it takes one week to deliver; you can, according to your needs, Choose a delivery method that suits you.Of course, you may also need to use the Amazon station letter to confirm with the seller whether the replacement wheel is suitable for your suitcase. By the way, W044 replaces the wheel FBA sold out, has been replenished, and now almost customs clearance, it may take a week to normal sales, and then inform you to buy FBA prime orders.
