Helped me grow my biceps
I am writing this review mainly to counter the earlier 1-star review. The book is much better than the reviewer makes it out to be. (What are "aesthetic arms" anyway?) I followed the suggested intermediate workout for about 3 months and I definitely got results. My biceps have never looked bigger. I recommend this book if you need the following:1) A workout program that focuses exclusively on your shoulders and arms and, to a lesser extent, your chest.2) A large catalog of exercises on that same focus area, with good instructions on proper form. Useful for expanding on the book's program or creating your own.Highly recommended if you've grown weary of an all-around strength workout and just want to focus on your guns.

THIS IS ' MASS ~ BULK ' . . . NOT SCULPTING !
If You Missed ALL Your High~School P.E. Classes AND Need A ' Refresher Course ' . . . BORROW This Book From The Library ! Absolutely Worthless To ANYONE Wishing To Have ' Aesthetic Arms ' !

Body Sculpting Disaster Manual
The Body Sculpting Bible For Chest And Arms: The Way To Physical Perfection; I have no doubt about the authors understanding, skills and abilities, indeed part 1 & 3 of the book are clear and informative. Unfortunately the start and end of the book are let down appallingly by part 2 "The Exercises".The co-author Hugo A Rivera is not at his best in his photo examples here, but he's still in better shape than the frankly fat body builder used in the other photo examples. If that wasn't bad enough some of the examples also show the exercises being performed with poor, sometimes downright bad form. I guess the fear is that by following the exercise examples here my level of fitness could fall to the level of the model used. This could be a great book, but I guess I find the images and examples used so off putting that I'll never know. I find it impossible to take any book that uses such poor imagery serious enough to use as a regular guide.
