We have used this rice seasoning for YEARS and go through quite a few jars on a regular basis. One favorite dish is a bowl of sushi rice with a shake of seasoning, some soy, a touch of rice vinegar, a few drops of toasted sesame oil, then lightly mixed and topped with a poached egg (or two). Terrific lunch or light dinner.

Really good. Tastes exactly like the kind I ate growing up. The price fluctuates like crazy. I've seen them for less than $3 a bottle to over $10 from this seller. Make sure you watch the price.

I couldn’t find this product in my local grocery store. I was so happy that Amazon had it. I used it for a sushi bake, it added grape flavor. The size of the bottle is pretty big too. It will last you a long time.
