Great, compressive workout socks
I didn’t know what to expect when they stated “merino wool”. I thought they’d be heavy and itchy. They are almost like compression ankle socks. They fit snug and are thin, but durable. Your feet won’t get hot in them. Great for working out.

Great running socks!
I bought these socks a year ago for a 5k run. They fit very comfortably. I usually get blisters on the back of my heel when I run, but I didn’t with these socks! The cushioning is lightweight, but still protective. These socks are moisture wicking and air dry very easily. The best part is that Darn Tough socks are guarantee for life, so it’s a great value for money when it comes to not having to constantly replace running socks!! I will be buying more in the future.

These socks are legit
I have been doing a lot of long distance trail running this summer and was blowing holes in my socks like crazy; like seriously almost a pair of running socks per run. My brother recommended I try these Darn Tough socks and dang-they are in fact darn tough!! I’ve been on five runs in this pair already and they have zero spots of fading or thinning. Yes, these socks are expensive, but totally worth it for their durability and longevity. On top of that, they are very comfortable and are form fitting, so there is no slippage. And nothing beats wool! I’m very happy with these socks; so much so that they will go on my Christmas wish list! Ha!

Good summer socks
Darn tough socks are my family’s favorite socks. Such high quality with a lifetime guarantee! Can’t beat that! This pair has been ideal for hot summers! The moisture wicking and quick drying properties of the merino wool are ideal for whatever situation I’ve found myself in from hiking to farm work to shopping all day! Great socks!

Better than smart wool! get em!
Bought as gifts for the women in the house, I have Darn Tough socks as well and can't recommend them enough; durable, comfortable, affordable, moisture wicking ( can wear multiple days without feet stinking within reason)! Many colors and styles to choose from.

Quality performance socks
My wife bought a couple pairs of these for a three week hike on the ‘Camino’ in France this spring. She will be carrying and living out of her pack and staying in local ‘auberges’ on the path. Cotton based athletic socks tend to get damp and bunch up or wrinkle after a few hours hiking. As well they are slow to dry after being ‘hand washed’ in the evenings. Given limited pack space she will only carry a couple pairs of socks. These socks look like they will be ideal. They are somewhat thinner and have enough lycra(?) in them that they are supportive and retain their shape. They dry quickly. She has been training with them for a few weeks now and is confident they are going to keep her feet comfortable and healthy on the ‘way’ this spring. They are a bit expensive for a pair of socks but they appear to be a quality piece of performance apparel.

Not for wide feet
My toes feel smushed. They’re tight for wide feet. I love how thin and cool they are.

Great Socks
I love these socks, keeps your feet warm yet dry! Very similar to Smart Wool socks. True to size and did not shrink when washed & dried.

Misleading description. You get just one pair!
Lovely socks. However, description states 'pack of 2' Surely this means 2 pairs? Apparently not! You get 2 in the pack; one for each foot! Oh well, I'll just have to enjoy my single pair of expensive but very nice socks!
