TOWOT 63-37 High Purity Tin Lead Rosin Core Solder Wire for Electrical Soldering, Content 1.8% Solder Flux (1.0mm, 50g)

This lead rosin core solder works fantastic & is much cheaper than the alternative brand solder products at the local hardware stores which run about $25 to $30 for one spool, in one "size" spool which is large. With this particular product I find is so much better than the alternative because you're able to get a smaller amount If you don't need a large amount of one particular gauge, which I didn't. Appearance is neat and tidy on a space-saving plastic spool which is just big enough to suit vanessary amount of solder being wrapped around, said spool. This is very easy to use and the soldering worked great when used in practice to connect wires to a circuit board. The solder seemed to be perfect and it held great. This stuff works just as good as the "top notch expensive stuff". I would 100% re-buy this product, when and if I need it again.

I get very thin solder because I deal a lot with electronics and it melts at a nice low temp and I don't get cold joints. This meets the standards very nicely. Mix in some flux and you are good to go. I ran out of my other brand I used and needed a quick replacement and my other brand couldn't get here in time and this works just as good. So far in two days I have soldered 300 joints in tight tiny places and I am a hobbyist that builds my own electronics. It melts at low temp has good adhesion and overall it great to work with.

Need to order more Kester and got this to hold me over till the budget allows that luxury. This stuff works really well. Not all 63 37 is created equal and solder has a shelf life. Melts at stated temp in 3 seconds and at 682°F in one. My one caution would be make sure to use a fan and in a well ventilated area as this stuff puts off a lot of fumes for its size. I'm the picture is a bare ground wire I kept having fraying issues with and had to tack down hard. It's a shadow to the right of it not a wire like it looks in the picture. This stuff worked with me making the initial line not fighting me at all. Good stuff on a budget.

Very thin, should've gotten one size up, but the quality of the solder itself is very good and the price made it a steal. Would definitely order this solder again and am very satisfied with using it.
