A Must Buy!
Absolutely love it! My popcorn looks like the movie theatre all it takes is one tablespoon in my Whirly Pop (a must buy). I recommend purchasing several I purchased one wished I had purchased two minimum. I am getting ready to purchase three more! The oil is not heavy, very lite, and excellent for popcorn; I use it with the Flavacol Seasoning (only use 1/2 of a teaspoon at first to gauge your salt tolerance). Now my popcorn is better than the movie theatre (Whirly Pop Popper, Pure Coconut Oil, and Flavacol) my family cannot get enough and we are die hard popcorn lovers my 16 year old son ask me to pop our popcorn to bring to the movie theatre -- need I say more!

Movie Theater Popcorn
Use this and Flavacol with your corn in a WhirleyPop on medium heat (higher heat will not allow the steam to escape fast enough giving you "tough" popcorn). Movie theater popcorn. (And Flavacol doesn't have diacetyl in it which causes lung problems). Highly recommend this brand. I like it so much I bought a gallon after trying the smaller size first. 10/10 if I could give it.

Great oil, especially if you like dayglow popcorn
This coconut oil does a terrific job in cooking the popcorn. Doesn't impart much flavor (which is good) and nearly every kernel pops. I knew it was colored oil, I just wasn't expecting such a bright "dayglow orange" type of brightness. If you like very yellowy orangey (technical term) popcorn, you will love this stuff. That said, it does the job well and is a very good oil. I have since used the plain white coconut oil from Trader Joes and it works just as well without the fluorescent color.

Best popcorn oil ever!
My family held a "pop off", comparing Snappy Buttery Canola oil to Snappy Colored Coconut oil.We are popcorn connoisseurs - we even have our own movie theater style popcorn machine. Rest assured, we are serious about our popcorn. The canola oil is good! Make no mistake about that. But we found this coconut oil to be just a tad better. The coconut oil seems just a bit lighter and popcorn popped in it has a batter texture. This stuff is the best ever. Yum!

Overpriced
I like this product, but not at this price. I can buy other brands of non-colored coconut oil and receive more than double the quantity for the same price. If you're not budget conscience, and it;s important to you that your popcorn turns yellow, than this is the product for you.For me, I get results that rival the crispiness and flavor of this, for much less. I can sacrifice the color (or add a little turmeric to my popcorn seasoning).

This is the best popcorn oil I have tried
This is the best popcorn oil I have tried. I repurchase this as soon as I run out. I use 3 tablespoons of this oil, 1 teaspoon of Flavacol and 1/2 to 3/4 cup of popcorn. I add the Flavacol to the oil in a big pot (I don't own a popcorn popper), then I add the popcorn. It makes the absolute best movie theater popcorn. It really tastes just like the popcorn at the movies. It even has the same yellowish color.

You NEED this for movie-style popcorn
Yellow popcorn, coconut oil and Flavacol are the magic ingredients for popcorn that tastes exactly like what you'd get at the theater, plus your butter-flavored oil of choice to top it with. This coconut oil works wonderfully in the popper, although the beta carotene coloring gets all over everything. :-) It's a little expensive for coconut oil, but you're guaranteed a good result.
