Honestly my go-to instead of just drinking coffee for a jitter-free boost. The L-theanine really does smooth out the caffeine so you get the alertness without the crash or shakiness. Well worth the money. I used it right off the bat they work the same day. That you don't have jitters you don't have a caffeine crash or nothing they are excellent. I love them I hope they never quit making them because they're just great what can I say they work for me I don't know about anybody else but it's the right amount of caffeine the listing oh yes it's just great great great

Works well, there’s no weird taste, doesn’t give me anxiety or any other side effect. I like that when I take these instead of drinking coffee or an energy drink, I actually drink water. So that’s a plus!

Compared to other brands this has calcium carbonate as one of the main ingredients. Only found out after examining the ingredients post order as it's not prevalent on the labeling i.e. L-Theanine, Caffeine & Calcium Carbonate. Price is right & is effective as other brands but it should be known that it may pose issues for those who need to mitigate supplimental calcium intake. 3/5: works & is cost effective but suspect that the calcium carbonate is a filter & not a feature of this supplement. Would be 1/5 but the cost x effeacacy warrants a 3.. not for me tho.

Surprising works. As someone that was looking for an alternative to coffee for their caffeine source because it stains my teeth and I can't have it bitter, so it's sugary and has calories, I decided to have these pills.Being sensitive to caffeine as well, I took half a pill when I feel I don't have enough sleep in the mornings, and it can easily allow me to focus the rest of the working day from 9 to 6.

don't feel much of the caffiene hit which might be due to the high content of L-Theanine which relaxes you quite a bit
