Yes it is usd on the pins and slides

what is difference btw this product(silicone based) and Permatex 24125 (non-silicone based)?

Since it’s silicone base it won’t swell up the rubber bushings on the caliper guide pins

Permatex 24110 ultra is 100% synthetic. permatex 80653 is 100% silicone. ok great, but which one is better? both are for rubber parts, pads and pins.

The Permatex web site states that 24110 is "for metal to metal contact only."
