Dermoplast Kids Sting-Free First Aid Spray, Antiseptic, 2 oz

Sprays out as a sticky gel, which surprised me at first but then I realized this is much better than those other sprayable liquids which are much thinner (like water consistency) and drip everywhere so you have to do it over a sink and waste a lot of product. Easier to avoid that problem with this thicker gel which stays in place. Doesn't sting at all, and also no extra cooling sensations like the ones with alcohol or menthol. Literally don't feel anything at all, which is perfect.

I haven't really used it I just bought it for my kids first aid kit, it does not not have any strong smell when I opened it will review after use

Love this stuff! I use it for when me babies have really bad diaper rash too and helps so much!

Overall, I recommend the Dermoplast Kids Sting-Free First Aid Spray as a strong addition to a home or travel first aid kit for families with young children. The fast relief + antiseptic combo + kid-friendly application are real pluses. If I were picking one caveat: just be sure you use it in conjunction with proper first aid steps (clean wound, keep it covered if needed, monitor for infection) rather than treating it as a “magic spray” that alone will handle everything.

It is a great product, it provides two fundamental things in the care of small wounds, mainly in children, instantly relieve pain and disinfect, it is an easy-to-use spray but I am disappointed in the size of the bottle, much smaller than any other product similar that can be bought at any local pharmacy and for basically the same price.
