Affordable and excellent sound quality
Excellent no nonsense home theater. Affordable and good quality. I mainly use it 2 channel because I do not like the surround effect and mainly listen to music in stereo. It is paired with Q Acoustics stand-alone speakers ($950 pair) (no subwoofer) and the sound is excellent. I love the Bluetooth connection and total ease of connection to my Roku Express.

Spectacular picture and sound quality!
This Sony delivers spectacular picture and sound quality! We were astounded at the great improvement that made it look like we purchased a new latest generation Sony HDTV set.Our very old Pioneer Elite AV Receiver that had given us excellent service for many years started acting weird and one day froze up in HDMI Passthrough mode, no matter what we did we could not get it back to normal and pressing on the button combination to force it to factory reset it did nothing, its logic was frozen. We were sad to have to replace it since Pioneer no longer makes AV Receivers and no longer services them, and since this was an unexpected expense we opted for this low cost Sony (it is one third of what we paid for the Pioneer Elite back then) and just hoped for basic functionality. We were shocked to find that it sounds so much better (even though the Pioneer Elite had the state of the art audio processing and DACchips back then) and the picture quality was greatly improved, we had to try watching different movies to see if it was consistent and everything looks so much better, more saturated, greater range of colors/shades and overall everything is greatly improved. We really are enjoying this unit and highly recommend it.

Excelente
Atendeu minhas espectativas.Tive dois receivers pionner e os mesmo deram problemas no prazo de dois anos.Devido a isso optei pela Sony.A marca não decepciona em qualidade dos seus produtos.
