Brilliant item! I honestly wouldn't be without this now! I ordered this after some horrid person was wandering around my property and trying to get in! Thankfully my dog scared him off!So now I have this doorbell, the quality of the video is excellent!! I'm not that tech great and it was easy to set up. I've not really used the spoken audio but I'll use it eventually.The parcel minder works quite well, and I like how it is linked to my Alexa. I've also got this set up with a 3 pin plug electricity supply and it has been working a treat. I did have cause to contact customer service with an issue related to my own actions and they were brilliant: quick to reply and swift solution.The motion detection is really good, and has good choices when altering the sensitivity. Out of all my camera systems with motions, this is hands down the best in sensitivity and functionality. The only thing I'd do different now is buy the base 3, and this dual camera was it the 330 - as I think the base 3 is more future proof than the 2. But buying this combination was a good price point that really reflects that and I think as I was skint at the time it was also a problem solved at a good price - so I'd probably make the same choice and buy this combination again. It turns out I have a couple of Eufy and Anker products and they are all very good.Side note, the box and their website gives the US customers links to 3 pin plugs to deliver power to the doorbell, but not reallyl for the UK. I did actually buy one that had the same specs as the one recommended for the US customers (wats amps etc etc) and used that, and have been for 6 weeks so far.

The neat, smart looking, easy to install, wireless, battery powered solution to your home security needs with no annual/monthly fees.This version has a dual split camera for human and package delivery detection. It also notifies you if the package is picked up.The app is easy to navigate, along with the human and package notifications, it also alerts you when the doorbell is pressed by chiming on your phone. You can easily respond to your guest or delivery driver, it takes seconds to start a conversation, by pressing the notification.We have been using this over the last couple of months, I would highly recommend this product, to give you peace of mind when you are home or away.

Very easy to install and excellent picture quality. That's the good part, now the bad.Terrible lag, and I mean TERRIBLE. I'm notified after the person has left the property, got back into vehicle and driven off. Sometimes the camera notifications don't even surface! Terrible recording time, sometimes just 2 seconds. The camera is the correct height and all the settings are as per Eufy recommendation. Sometimes during the day the homebase switches from lan to WiFi then back to lan for no reason (it must be bored) Technical support are an absolute joke and I'd rate them as beyond useless. The parcel detection is a gimmick and useless in the UK. Facial detection is good for renaming friends and family including myself. Arrived in a lovely box, took approximately 1 hour to set-up and install (including power supply) but the overall functionality is in my opinion an "April Fools Joke" that backfired.Two way conversation with the person at the door is something that requires immediate attention. The person rings the doorbell, waits approximately 13 seconds for me to respond... because of the terrible lag either cannot wait and dissappears leaving me with the garden fence to chat with.Settings are OK on the app but appear to be in various locations.To summarise, terrible lag, excellent picture quality, terrible recording length, often no human detection plus zero notifications on all connected devices via Alexa AND Google Home!Asking alexa show to show doorbell is like waiting for a leap year too.Marks out of 10, I'd give it a 4.
