These are great, I had a couple of pairs of trainers that I had wrecked due to not undoing shoelaces when taking them off, subsequently the inner heel liners had torn away leaving a hard plastic heel which was very uncomfortable. The trainers were far too good to chuck out so I got these, half expecting them to be rubbish and to fall off within a few days, but no!! 4 weeks later they are still stuck firmly in place and still soft and comfy, IDEAL

Bought these as i wear holes in the back of my trainers and shoes with my heals, so that when wearing them the cut into the back of my ankles. Bought these and they have given many pairs of shoes new life. Having had multiple pairs of trainers that were to pain full to be worn, after fitting these they were more comfortable than when new. Nice cushioning and extremely sticky so they wont be moving, I cant recommend more if you have shoes that hurt around the ankle.

Bought for our daughters shoes which were great other than slipping slightly at the heel. These inserts did exactly what we needed them to do with good adhesive and heel grip. They’ve been in the shoes for about 2 months now and not showing any signs of wear or tear.

Easy to use, just cut off any excess as they were a bit big for my converse. East to stick in. I held them in to make sure they stuck and left them for a while before putting the shoes on. They are strong sticky but when I out the shoes in I have to be careful as they could come unstuck with extra pressure. Also beware that this adds padding to the heel so the shoes might feel a bit tighter, mine did. Hoping the padding will flatten a bit after some wear.

J’ai acheté ces petits coussinets pour des ballerines un tout petit peu trop grandes (1/2 taille je pense). Ils sont pratiques, confortables et se placent très facilement. Cela fait plusieurs mois que je les ai installés et ils n’ont pas bougé. Ils ne s’usent pas.
