Beautiful!
This knife was cheap and definitely worth the money. I think its one of my favorite knives in my collection being my first karambit style knife. Its sturdy, light weight and you can get a really good grip on it. It would be perfect for hunting or camping or self defense. I would recommend!

Not able to use as a neck knife and NOT eligible for return.
Buyer beware, this item is NOT eligible for return so think before you buy. The blade itself isn't horrible, not the greatest and for sure cheap Chinese junk. I laugh to think that this exact knife is listed from other sellers for thirty bucks! For the 8 I spent for it, I guess it isn't too bad...Would prefer to have my 8 bucks back for something else but hey, its only 8 bucks. The sheath is completely useless, you can shake the knife out of it, so unless you want to stab yourself, don't think you're going to wear it as a neck-knife. The best use I see from this is using it to learn how to sharpen karambits. I also picked up the comparable MTech Mt-665Bk and it blows this into the weeds, a far superior offering compared to this swap-meet garbage. You want a real karambit? Get a Fox.

Good value good product
The only negative I have about this product is that the blade is a little bit thin and therefore it doesn't really click into the sheath the way it's supposed to but other than this if you're saying a fisherman or something I think the Karambit style blade would work very well for gutting a fish but also it does look a bit scary so if the people around you are not very strong people you might want to keep it hidden away from people that are a little weak and get scared easily because it does look very scary

I will be able to control it better..
1) Knife and ring a little too big for my medium hands. This makes it somewhat difficult to spin and grab effectively. I'm sure over time, with practice, I will be able to control it better. ..not the reason for the four stars as people with large hands will most likely appreciate that.2) Nice kydex sheath. I'm not a necklace guy so would have preferred a pocket/belt clip on the sheath. This is preference and is therefore not reflected of my 4 star ratings.3 ) The reason for the four stars is, inside the ring is a little rough and chafe my index finger when spinning the blade. I will have to polish that roughness out.Note: This is not a double sided (4 edge) blade . Only the inside of the blade is sharp. The back can be used for grabbing/hooking but not cutting.

Just what i expected.
Sometimes, when I order way too much from amazon, the boxes attack me and I would be defenseless. After I made the tactical decision to purchase this tactical knife, I can now use it to defend myself and open these packages with much ease. The Karambit design surprisingly is really good for opening boxes, and not much else. For self defense however, get anything else. You're more likely to hurt yourself than your opponent using a karambit TBH.

Great knife for the price and can double as a trainer knife as well with the plastic sheath
*Update 5/15/20The ring where you put your finger is metal and rough so just from normal use I've cut myself already 3 times since the edges are not smooth and have lil jagged metal ends. Definitely not good for a trainer knife with the sheathe. Maybe it was just my knife but the rough edges cut you up easily. Hopefully they send me a replacement thats machined right.I wanted a basic beginner karambit knife and debated on buying a trainer first, but this knife comes with a sheath with a lil clip so it stays in place so it can be held on and used as a trainer if you want or you can put something on to keep it on really tight. Only thing I wish is that it had some more weight to it.

Poorly designed sheath.
Whom ever designed the shesth for this most certainly does not understand the definition of a Neck Knife. If you try to carry this in the manner it is intended for you will lose it quickly as it has no tension holding it in. It falls out of the sheath.

Decent knife, but NOT for your neck
So this is not a bad knife at all for the money. It has held a razor sharp edge and seems to be decent quality. BUT, and this is a very big, like Kim Kardashian sized but, it is NOT suitable to wear around your neck. The sheath is just not tight enough and I have a 3cm gash on top of my left foot to prove it. I wasn’t even wearing around my neck, rather just carrying it back to my gun safe after I sharpened it when it slipped out of the sheath and stuck in the top of my foot. The good news is it’s definitely suitable to stab somebody. The bad news it might be you. If you want the knife to carry in your pocket or on your belt with the handle upright, then I say go for it. If you need a knife to wear around your neck try the KA-Bar or something else because at best it will fall on the floor if your shirt is untucked, and at worst plant it’s self firmly in the top of your foot.
