These things are legit. This guys complaining about no spider!! COME ON MAN!!...If you ever used a slaps passive radiator then u know it don't need it...next they're going to complain about "there's not even any terminals to hook up this cheap thingy." SSSSHHHHHH:/ these are for high excursion competition subs for 1/2 to 1/3 of the price of those crappy dayton audio with a fake a!@ spider for 200. If your surround isn't the same size or better then yea buy the mid bass looking Dayton for mediocre bass and inferior/,*$ product....JS

Even mounted incorrectly outside the box it still sounds awesome. My original sealed box was smaller than the recommended size for the single 12” sub, so adding this ported dual radiator setup sounds fantastic. So much fun to look at also!!

I love this thing. With realistic results in mind this thing is the cats pajamas. It added bass that sounded clean and tight. It definitely is noticeably different and im pushing 2 Subzero 12s with a 5000 watt earthquake powerhouse. Im thinking i may add another 2k and see what happens.

I mounted mine on the outside. Inside a Klein audio 13” sub box was to spec actually a little smaller because I didn’t account for the volume of the unit that’s why I put it outside not only did it hit like crazy but kinda cool to watch the radiators loud like crazy. I know this speaker is too big for these but these never bottomed out and I hit them hard. Plus a great conversation piece for sure pics to come soon

Haven't been able to install this myself but have heard a friends with one installed in a car. Sounds phenomenal! Thing is, you need a pretty big box. I have two 10's in a custom box and i can't fit it anywhere. Make sure you measure first and have room for this as the top is rather large and it requires quite a bit of depth to install. I think i may use this in a home subwoofer box.

Absolute garbage. Earthquake states in can be used with 2 12's. I am only using 1 RE XXX 12 and it completely fell apart after less than 2 hours. VERY cheaply made. They didnt even put a full spider. They cut a few strips of very thin, super soft spider. The only thing u could use with this is a $22 boss12 inch sub that handles 125w with a 1 inch voice coil. I highly doubt this is an authentic Earthquake product

Update 1/24/22: It's been a while since initial review and I will say I am impressed how good this sounds bass-wise. Great output with no Port-Noise. If you do hear it's Mechanical limits it's probably your tuning is off or too much gain. I bought two more Radiators and plan to build a box with 2 15s with their own chambers and own Radiators.I am making this custom box for a car audio application and will update up to the final install. Right now, it's physical properties. The plastic housing is nothing to write home about. I have added the necessary volume per the additional space needed. When they say, "sand the edges" of the opening, they mean it. Even sanding at 150 grit the opening still resulted in scuffs trying to surround. You have to 'tuck' the surround while pushing it in to not to damage it going in but, still got scuffs anyway. Do not let a picture fool you: these are BIG. The screw holes are also very close to the cutout. Do not get it wrong otherwise you might as well do a ported box. Prepare, then execute.UPDATED 6/8/2023I've made a few boxes since the initial and second post but by far what I call the 'Demon Box' with this radiator I've uploaded has went into full-blown stupid loud. My vision becomes blurred when the bass drops. I notice it driving and at stop lights. The last time that happened was my system in 2018 that was two 12s on 3000 watts rms, a high output 250amp alt, ported, ect. These Radiators bring the pain-and I love it. I just bought another one because I want to do a sealed box with 2 earthquake 15 dbxi's I already have. Can't wait to start building that box. Current box I made 3.5cf @35hz. Hit that buy button💪💪💪
