Great for exercise and volleyball
I have used these balls for post-surgical knee rehab, teaching young kids (9-10) how to properly execute forearm passing and serving in volleyball, and even given one to my 76-year-old mother for strengthening exercises. We have also used these for indoor dodgeball games. They are durable and it's easy adjust the firmness. I recommend these for anyone with younger kids or older parents. They are fun and safe for indoor use.

Adds to the routine
I have begun to add various items to my home Pilates work out at the suggestion of the trainer I use. The ball was easy blow up and I can adjust the firmness. It appears well made and so far I have enjoyed using it. There is definitely a difference in doing some of the moves when you add a ball or a wring (I have one these too).

Needs better way to be blown up
Cant be blown up all the way the hole is to big and the air escapes every time I try to do my psychical exercises

Pilates
I do Pilates and work at the gym very often. This ball is excellent for releasing stress on the neck and shoulders. You can inflate it as much as you want, or even deflate it. It has a small straw to put the air in.

Two problems. Inflation is difficult as it comes with a straw to blow it up but when you remove the straw it is extremely difficult to put in the pin before it deflates. The specific exercise that I want to do, though, requires a somewhat deflated ball. And I received an orange ball. If you can't choose the color, maybe they should just offer one color. Inflation is a definite problem. I truly don't see how someone was able to inflate it firmly.

Saving my back for just a few bucks
What a deal. This ball placed under the sacrum, sternum, anterior pelvis and between the shoulder blades while lying on it can improve range of motion, mobilize the spine, ribs and pelvis in a gentle and protected way. It can be used to do crunches to strengthen while at the same time loosening up a stiff frame. I had guidance from Ernie Adams, an excellent Pilates instructor in the SF Bay Area. Great value. I AM using it and loving it!

Nice, functional workout ball
Nice, functional workout ball. The straw that comes with it is difficult to inflate the ball with... I've found a regular drinking straw works GREAT. It's a lot easier to pinch off and plug the hole.

Soft Gym Overball
I really like this ball. It works better than the bender ball that I was using prior to this purchase. Very good quality!
