This utensil is a little handy gadget that does quite a few things. At first I didn't think it would be a good idea to have a single utility item in my kitchen. I need my stuff to do a variety of things not just one. This does it. It's main job right now is breaking up ground meat for the dishes that I eat. I used to use a bamboo stirrer break up the meat. But that meant beating up the meat in the frying pan. That was noisy and was probably damaging to the burner connection on the electric stove. This little gadget does it more gently, quieter, less jarringl, more quickly, and more efficiently than anything else that I've tried. It doesn't melt into my food, is easy to clean, and it can be kept in the utensil drawer. It mashes and breaks apart potatoes and veggies and eggs and strawberries and helps shred meats like beef and pork roasts for tacos and enchiladas,too. It efficiently does the job, it's a very handy utensil to have. It has my recommendation.

This Chopper is great. It does a much better job of crumbling ground beef than a fork, spatula, or potato masher. Definitely worth the price.

This is really great until it breaks. The first one I got lasted 2 years, but the second one only lasted 9 months.

When we cook I like to break the ground meat into fairly small pieces. I can do it fairly well but then due to a shoulder injury I am pretty much done for a few hours. My other half doesn't even try after a certain point because she would prefer to just set it and forget it. Picked this up so I can do stuff fairly fast and not kill my shoulder and she tried it a few days ago and was amazed because it was a ton easier than using a wooden or plastic spoon. So far so good and she had accidentally set it on a burner that was on and it survived though not sure how long it was on there or what it was set at.

How on earth did I never own one of these before? It chops ground meat as you cook it easily, a task I previously detested because it took forever. Love that I can lay it in the pan as I step away from the stove, and that it's easy to hold, the handle is comfortable. I've seen these for more but for $5, it was a bargain. Would make a good gift for someone just staring out in their own place with their first kitchen. Highly recommend.

I wanted a faster way to break down ground beef and this tool did the job. It is perfect for teflon pans and is sturdy enough to get the job done right.

This meat chopper is pretty decent. Just had to do a little extra work ensuring the meat was really broken down.
