I will say that this isn't heavy duty shapewear. It's a little lift if you're slightly above your ideal weight.If you need more than that, shapewear is better.

Not sure why the positive reviews. I'm between a L and XL and tried both. The XL fit in the butt but didn't compress anything in my stomach. I looked no different with them on than without and I was looking to smooth my stomach where I had surgery. The large compressed my stomach too much and made a muffin top. Not sure they are worth the price so sent them back.

I like these because they give a little tummy control and don’t have an uncomfortable tight band around my lower butt like so many other tummy control underwear. I measured before and while wearing, and they take off about an inch. They do roll slightly going from sitting to standing, but easy to discreetly adjust.

Bought two different but unfortunately the top portion rolls all the way down not firm nor support at all. Bought a medium but my regular underwear from Walmart support or stay more in place and cheaper.

They fit perfectly. Don’t ride up. Lifts your butt and are seamless.
