Serious Heat – Perfect for High-Heat Cooking
I’m very impressed with this burner. The flame output is extremely powerful and consistent — it heats up fast and handles large batches without any struggle. Perfect for wok cooking and also great for making jaggery where steady high heat is important. The build quality feels solid and professional. The stand is stable, and once set up properly, it performs like commercial equipment. Flame control is good, but this burner is really designed for high heat — so be ready for serious power. A few tips for buyers: - Make sure you order the correct gas type (natural gas vs propane) - Works best with proper ventilation or outdoor setup - Great for large pans and heavy-duty cooking Overall, this is not a small kitchen burner — this is a heavy-duty machine. If you need strong, consistent heat, this is absolutely worth it.

Flawlessly works (woks)
Man this burner is hot and just works amazing. It was very impressively made with absolutely solid construction. Everything assembled very easy and fit well. It worked right out the gate and required minimal air flow adjustment. This burner is a great value and will get tons of use as a wok burner. My first use was with a veggie basket to roast ingredients for a salsa. It came out so well that I'll always do this in the future. Fried rice in a wok was just as easy using this burner. Height is great for frying with a deep pan, but a little low for really safe wok or disco cooking. You may need a solid log or structure to raise it up a bit. I put it on my wooden grill table and was fine. But I'm gonna pick up a thick trunk log thats maybe 20", to raise it up during wok use.

Solid build and powerful
Easy to use and very sturdy. Was pleasantly surprised by the quality and power this has for the price. Boils water and heats oil fast. Compact design but can hold very large pots that are heavy.

Very heavy duty and well made.
When I received this and my wife saw it she loved it. It is one heavy duty well made Wok Burner. I assembled it and hooked it up to my propane tank and got out my butane lighter. Read the instructions twice and looked at the video they recommended, which was basically a stick man lighting a barbecue. Turned on the gas and upon putting the flame next to the grill had a huge BANG. Thought I had done something wrong and went over everything in the instructions and assembly. Lit it again and BANG. Scared the heck out of me. I wanted to keep it so bad, but not safe. No phone number to call or web site to access. Packed it back up and returned it. Don't know what I could have been doing wrong, but good luck

The important questions only - Is it Hot? Does it put out? Is it easy?
I only gave this five starts because that is all they allow. Imma give this 6 out of 5 starts. This thing is as solid as Sergeant Al Powell and John McClane's bromance. Prolly about 6 joules shy of being a blast furnace for smelting iron ore...it absolutely brings the heat. Like it has a vortex straight to hell or something. Very minimalistic design and the set up is easier than Blanche Devereaux. On a serious note, this is the hottest wok I have seen outside of a commercial kitchen. Most of those I have used or seen in other restaurants are between 90,000 - 150,000 BTUs. I was skeptical at first about the heat output. Trust me, this little puppy packs a punch. I test drove it by making Pad Thai. I was not prepared for the heat output and experienced a little burning/sticking. Luckily none of that made into the dish. And the Wok Hei that developed from the Thai chilis was unlike anything I have experienced or can explain...umami/woodsy/floral. I included the video of the test run in this review. And just a FYI, in the video, it is not even on full throttle.... The solid construction, size, and bang for your buck will be hard to beat.

Check the bolts for tightness.
Burns propane like a champ. 250kbtu is way more than you need for almost anything short of running a foundry. The wok ring works great with a big enough wok. Hint: get the big one and the long handled tools. Now for the downside. A. This thing is heavy. B. The bolts fell out of the bottom after riding in the back of a pickup for a day. I found two of the four that hold the burner in the frame. Have to figure out what size they are and find two replacements. Overall if you are looking for a "not so portable" high powered burner this one fits the bill.

A wok burner that works and the ring version feels safer.
Out of the box a great burner compared to most. Using the wok with the ring version I bought is so much more stable than the others I’ve tried like the Bass Pro fish/turkey fryer. The ring is not a perfect circle so my 11” cast iron skillet has some wiggle but you can’t tell using the wok. It gets the wok super hot in seconds so is a pleasure to use. It quickly got the cast iron skillet to 700 F using my IR thermometer before I seared off the outside of the Christmas rib roast. Using it on the ground is annoying and on a table means I have to clean up any food and oil splatters that happen. I pulled the plastic feet out of the bottom of the legs and inserted 36” x 3/4” cast iron pipe legs with capped feet. The ring is now 38” off the ground, a good height for me as I’m pretty tall. I drilled holes in the burner legs for a sheet metal screw each and holes in the pipes to match. I can pick it all up and move it easily and the propane tank can sit underneath as you can see in the picture. I cook with it out in the yard so only have to clean the wok. Next are some small folding shelves and some way to hold the wok lid for easy access.

Excelente calidad
