Celini Men's Leather Ratchet Belt, Automatic Buckle, Adjustable Belt Without Holes (Up to 54" waist, B21 Black)

I contacted seller & received quick response. He offered a replacement or refund. I decided on refund, but would definitely buy from this seller again. He was quite concerned about customer satisfaction.***************************************I have worn this belt 3 or 4 times per week since late April. It looks great, but I find the latch for "unbuckling" it is a bit difficult to press open. The real problem has just occurred within that past three weeks.Exactly per the included instructions, I released the belt from the buckle, cut the belt to shorten it and then clamped the belt buckle back to the belt. It was easy. However, the buckle has come away from the belt a couple of times while I'm wearing it. I have made certain that I have clamped the belt to the buckle exactly per instructions.I did like the belt generally until this issue started. I can no longer wear the belt because it comes apart while being worn. Thus, the 2 Star rating. However, I will contact the vendor to see how they will solve this dissatisfied and verbal customer.
