7×9mm Cushion Cut Natural Pink Morganite Engagement Ring HALO Diamond Ring 14K Rose Gold Size 4-9

This ring is very pretty, and the center stone does measure exactly 7x9mm... The halo of diamonds is exactly 1mm thick. So in total the head of this ring is 9x11mm. I'll be sending this back and hoping to order exactly the same ring with a smaller carat size.The ring in my pics is a size 6. I have small-to-regular sized hands. Also I requested a pale stone, so yours may have more color in the center. That being said I wasn't super happy with how the light reflects in the center stone - I think it detracts from the diamonds (which sparkle fairly nicely considering their small size. Not mega-sparkly, just a bit.)
