We have been very impressed with this red light therapy belt. My husband had shoulder pain and he uses it multiple times a day and it has helped better than anything else he has used including pain medication and physical therapy. This belt drapes nicely over his shoulder making it easy to treat. I use this for my lower back pain and for headaches. I can easily wrap it around my waist or my head and do 10-15 minute treatments. I use protection glasses for laser when I use it wrapped on my head to avoid any eye damage. The belt does have 3 levels and the top lever is very bright, so if it will be near your eyes you might consider protective glasses when using it.

It's a little clumsy if you don't want to be tethered to an outlet (and doesn't feel as warm), but overall is easy to use, comfortable, and does what's advertised.

I thought by the product pic that every other row of lights was supposed to be out but now I'm not sure. It says 105 lights - I only have 63 lights working, right from the beginning.

I've been using this red light therapy belt inconsistently for a little over a year. While I've not seen a noticeable difference in inflammation, I do find the gentle warmth relaxing.My issues are that the first one I received stopped working after a few days, but amazon sent a new one without issue and the old was returned. Now, the second one is not longer working. It did last about a year, so that is already better than the 1st. Given that I don't use it consistently, I was expecting it to last longer.

It was easy to use, I had surgery and was left with residual abdominal pain. This red light therapy pad gives me a lot of needed relief and I use it every day for a variety of purposes. Whenever I feel pain, I immediately apply the light therapy pack. It really works and I'm glad to have it!

I have used it and it has an immediate pain relief benefit. Perfect for post-exercise back care and menstrual cramps. It can also move to other parts of the body. It is hoped that with continued daily use the pain will be further alleviated. I recommend this product
