Must have for teachers!
If you’re a teacher, you NEED this in your life. Trust me. Makes getting the kiddos attention at recess so much easier and definitely more hygienic than a traditional whistle.

Perfect tool for getting attention!
Perfect tool for getting attention! I use this in my large classroom when things are getting a little too rowdy. Although I never squeeze it at a full pinch (it is VERY loud), I quickly pinch the whistle a few times, and my students are able to hear it without hearing damage! :) It's just the right volume when softly squeezed. I also like this whistle over the traditional mouth whistle; this is much more sanitary, so I am able to let my substitutes use it (and don't have to worry about spreading germs from students who want to "test" it!). Would definitely buy again!

Plenty loud for youth soccer events
We liked having this at our youth soccer practices. Easy to pass off to any of the parents to help call out-of-bounds without worrying about sharing a whistle.

This is the best for elementary teachers!
I have one of these and I have purchased some for many of my teacher friends. It is a great way to keep germs to a minimum. I love that I don’t have to put my mouth on it.

Depends on your intended use
This makes a short high pitched squeak. It is very loud if used inside. I bought it to use for recess time. It is loud enough to gain the attention of those near you, but the sound is too short for those further away. It feels a bit odd, like you are squeaking a dog toy trying to grab the attention of 150+ kids. I ended up yelling for the kids to line up. If you are a PE teacher with a small group and you are using it to guid movement in a game, it is probably good for that. Inside a building, it would definitely grab the class attention because if the pitch and the bouncing sound from the walls.

Loud referee whistle
I hate the electronic whistles and have to recharge them for soccer. I carry this and just squeeze. very loud . gave one coach a heart attack when I called offside with the bulb whistle in my hand. he thought I had red carded a player. I now keep it down low. My dog wants to play with it too
