I usually find sports bras suffocating but I have always bought enamor after I first tried it. Suitable for moderate level excercises.(Yoga, pilates, wallking, jogging so on) You can wear it day to day as well under casuals (not applicable suits and dresses, wear it under tees, crops, etc). I love it also because I don't necessarily need to take it off at the end of the day. ๐ซข
