What is the difference in the colors Navy and New Navy?

This is only made in New Navy, not Navy.

I am 6'4" 280lbs. What is the best size for me

I’m 6’1” 270lbs and the xxl runs really roomy. If you want a loose fit maybe xxl. A more fitted wear xxl. It did shrink slightly in the wash.
