These cars preform very good as long as you follow the instructions and charge it before first use. I have not had any problems with mine, I have the black one. It looks just like a Hotwheels car, if you set them right next to eachother you will hardly be able to tell the difference. Most micro RC cars are short and fat and need to have wires sticking out of them but this car looks more realistic and it has working lights on the front and back. The car fits inside the remote which fits in your pocket allowing you to take it with you wherever you go. Mine also came with the plastic cones. For under 10 dollars you can get yourself a very high quality micro RC car! When it comes to performance I have not had the battery die on me even after driving the car for 10 minutes although it makes a weird clicking noise when I charge it but that doesn't seem to have any negative effects. When you unbox the car and charge it and the car still doesn't respond then simply turn off both the remote and the car and turn on the remote first then the car, it worked for me. Also when I was charging it before first use the red light stayed on forever so I just started using it anyway and it was working, then when I charged it the second time the red light was working. Once you properly break it in it should work like normal. I am overall satisfied with the product and I recommend that you try it out for yourself, don't be afraid of those 1 star reviews.

Grandson loves it, but doesn't seem to hold up (he is on his second one). I was there when the first one quit working, so can testify that it wasn't because of abuse. It just quit. So far, second one seems to be still working. Great idea, just needs to be better made. That being said, they are a lot of fun and they are really quick for their size.

We bought two cars. The first one won’t pair with the remote, so we are exchanging it. The second car we bought as a birthday gift for my child’s friend. I hope that one works!Edited to add: child’s friend one works fine. I asked company for replacement for the one that wouldn't pair. It came quickly & it’s having no issues. My kid is happy. I’m changing from 1 star to 4.I got a dumb tax of $12 by not returning the broken one that won’t pair before the return date. I kept forgetting to take it with me when I went out so I could drop it off at the ups store...

Ultra fun and small. Bought as a stocking stuffer. Great for indoor RC fun and for on the go. We have 4 and they can all run at the same time with no problems. Strongly recommend.

I read all of the terrible reviews before buying this, but my son insisted that he wanted one. After charging, the lights lit up, but the car would not move. In addition to not working, one of the wheels fell off as soon as we opened the packaging. Total garbage! Do not buy this.

The originally shipped car came to me unusable. It would not drive.Company was quick to respond and replaced it with a car that works well. My son is happy with it. Thank you!

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  We are little surprised by the negative reviews - I am not sure who is having more fun - my sons or my husband. With anything, it takes some getting used to but we figured out the trick to pairing them!Before every use, make sure the car is fully charged.Plug in the car and flip the ON switch on the BOX first. The light should flash red. Once it is solid, it is probably fully charged. OR, set a timer for 2 minutes and it will be charged.Unplug the car, make the box is flipped to ON, then flip the car to ON.The car pairs very quickly each time.When we have had issues with pairing it's because the car just needed to be charged. Give it that 2 minute charge, keep the car on OFF - and wait for the charge. No pairing issues here - just loads of fun. We haven't had the tires issue but it does collect some fuzzies. Just use some tape to get them off.For the price, it's a lot of fun.

I did not like it. Bad, cheap quality. Battery had to charge for an hour and only lasted for 5 min.Returned it

Charges in a few minutes, but then the car drains in less than 2 and has to be charged again. The front wheels are not aligned, and the trim function does not work at all. The car keeps turning right when it is to go straight, and if you trim in the direction you are supposed to, the car turns the other way. Not great at all. Also, 2 AA batteries came with the car and the batteries leaked in the package so I had to throw it away.
