This is a well made sturdy brush and my long haired cat loves it. What I like most is the tines have little plastic caps on the ends, so no more wires poking and hurting my fingers when I try to clean it.

I really like this brush. It fluffs the hair really well and makes my pups look like they’ve just been blow-dried. One con is the bristles seem pretty thin and delicate, so I don’t know how well it’d hold up being used on a super matted dog, but this really isn’t the tool for that anyways. The upside to this is the bristles are very gentle on the skin. Compared to my old brush, the type that has the button on the back to self-clean, it is less convenient to keep clean, but the fluff job is SOOOOOOO much better with this brush. It really is night and day. I think it’s because it has a lot more bristles and they are tightly packed, so you can feel them working through the hair. I had to supplement that old brush with a comb to prevent mats and used it more as a finishing tool. This one is the opposite. I now just use the comb to get into tight spots, significantly cutting down my daily brush time. Overall, I recommend this product, but I HIGHLY recommend this style of brush over the flat, rectangular, button-backed self-cleaning one.

I'm a dog bather and this is my new favorite brush! My fellow dog bathers at work each have one as well and love them too. It works really well on matts and is a bit more gentle on the skin since it has the little plastic nubs on the end (you can definitely still brush burn with it, though, so use caution as usual). It has a good weight to it and is fairly comfortable to hold, as well. It's about the perfect brush in my opinion. The tines aren't super long so if a dog has a very long, thick coat, you might need to go over it with a slicker that has long tines first, but it's still great for catching little matts.

My puppy doesn’t like it but it gets out knots

It really gets the lose hair out on a dog with medium to long hair. I like that the tips are coated so the pins don't scratch the skin. It's a little too big for my smallest dog, but perfect for the 12 pounder.

Do not hesitate to get this brush ! You won’t regret it I have an extremely fluffy Coton de Tuléar and a Yorkshire Terrier I wish I had had this brush years ago it’s AMAZING 🤩 Very easy on their skin, hair, removes mats easily, each little bristle has a protective coating so it doesn’t harm them or the fur/hair Then to top it off - - - it cleans out soooo EASILY wow 😮 If I ever need another one I’m DEFINITELY buying another one of these 🥰😍 I doubt I’ll need one though it’s made so solid look and “feels” so durable. Has a comfortable handle also it’s not a flat brush but a nice curved brush so you can brush deep. My new FAVOURITE brush - I’ll be using daily

Best brush I’ve found for my Cavoodle! He has thick curly fur and this brush gets mattes out without too much pulling and the metal tips are not scratchy.

First go was gold! I am guardian to a fiesty Lagotto Romagnolo with dense, tight curls. She doesn't like being combed, and typically hates most grooming rituals. I gave her a chewy and did some like brushing on her back with no complaints. After we played and she let me brush some more. Maybe it's a fluke or magic, or maybe it's that good. Great brush for the price - I had put off buying a slicker because I dreading shelling out for a Chris Christensen coral slicker... The doodle slicker? Wasn't sure. Really happy I found this one. If it wasn't this one, would have been the Systems slicker brush.
