120 pieces? How can there possibly be 120 pieces?

There are not 120 pieces. It’s less than 50 because some of the small Northeastern states in New England are combined on one piece.

What are the full finished dimensions? Length and width? Thank you!

Measures 19”L x 13”H when complete.

Is this product good for baby's development?

A bit too old for a baby. I would recommend Vtech learning toys for baby. They have a flashlight that is pretty neat! Color options, not bright, musical, educational. My toddler has had his for almost 2 years (got it as a baby) and he still loves it. He uses it to make shadow puppets on the wall.
