I have to start with the packaging because I was ridiculously impressed by it. The quality of the cardboard is so much better than the thin, flimsy packaging most products arrive in. It’s clear this company genuinely cares about every part of the process, from producing the honey to making sure it arrives safely. It honestly felt like they respected both the bees’ hard work and the customer receiving it. I even considered keeping the box because it unfolds so nicely… although common sense eventually won and it went into the recycling! Now onto the honey itself - this is genuinely the best honey I have ever tasted. It is absolutely delicious. I could quite happily sit and eat it straight from the spoon (and admittedly, this has happened more than once!). It is really thick, solid almost, but spoon out a blob and add it to hot toast and it soon melts and spreads easily - my personal favourite is sourdough bread lightly toasted with real butter, honey and a banana - yum! I also add the honey to my morning drink of vanilla chai tea, honey, shilajit and a dash of milk. Whatever your preference this honey will only make it better. I love that it’s raw, unpasteurised and unfiltered - food as nature intended. For me, it’s not just about taste, it’s about eating real, minimally processed food and supporting smaller producers who clearly care deeply about quality. I also really appreciate that this comes from a small bee farm rather than a huge supermarket supplier. There’s a real sense of pride behind the product, and I think supporting businesses like this matters. I’ve already bought this twice (lasted me approx 5 months) and will absolutely buy it again. Honestly, once you try honey like this, supermarket honey just won’t compare anymore. Highly recommended.

As I do not have laboratory I cannot say but only can hope it is true wild and raw bee honey. Because true honey can heal and is healthy and very tasty food. This one is tasty and not runny but still soft and spreadable. Smell and taste like real honey, and I will highly recommend.
